Ascential Technologies’s (the “Ascential Technologies” or “we” “us” “our”) Privacy Notice describes the types of Personal information we collect, the purposes for which we collect that Personal information, the other parties with whom we may share it and the measures we take to protect the security of the data. ASCENTIAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS Effective Date:January 1, 2020 This Privacy Notice for California Residents applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 202 (“CPRA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
